With effect from 12.00 noon on Friday, 4th April 2008 (and until further notice), this mortgage product will only be available:
- to existing Holmesdale Building Society members who have held (and continue to hold) an account with the Society since prior to 31st December 2007 against properties throughout England and Wales; or
- to non-members (via intermediaries or direct) against properties located in Surrey, Sussex, Kent or Hampshire only.
Current Standard Variable Mortgage Rate 6.24% from 1st May 2008.
