We really do value what our members think and have therefore started to request more information from you, including an annual feedback questionnaire being sent out with our summer newsletter from, July 2007.

However, we welcome your views all year around and want to improve in all areas of our business. Therefore, please don't keep it to yourself, email us at mail@holmesdale.org.uk. We promise to listen and one of our senior staff will respond to your suggestion within seven days of your enquiry. While we cannot guarantee to implement every suggestion every view will be taken into account and reported to our Board quarterly.
